I love my new Mazda but unfortunately the experience I had when buying it and selling them my used car was less than forthright and not anywhere close to honest. They bought my trade in for around $1,000 and then tried selling it on their used car lot 2 weeks later for $13,990 after they told me it was worthless and they were unwilling to buy it themselves. When confronted they claimed they sunk multiple thousands of dollars into it in order to sell it but were unable to provide any evidence of such expenses. When questioned again they told me the car had a major breaking issues and they ended up having to wholesale it, but again wouldn't provide anything to prove such a fact. For all I know they most likely sold the car for a huge profit and were just trying to get me to go away. The whole situation left me feeling scammed and like I could never trust the dealership. Mazdas are great cars but don't buy one from these people. Trust me, you'll regret it. More

Had a wonderful experience I was just looking at different model cars this weekend. When I walking in the dealership I was welcome by the Mazda sales manager Paul which is something that doesn't hap different model cars this weekend. When I walking in the dealership I was welcome by the Mazda sales manager Paul which is something that doesn't happen he introduce me to Eddie they invested the time showing me the Mazda cx5 and taking me for a test drive although I told them I am not buying a car today at the end when I was about to leave the sales manager came over too thank me for stopping by the dealer I though it to be very amazing because when you say not buying they just kick you out and the attitude change but these guys was so dedicated to help when paul ask what can I do to earn your business today I give him a number and in less than two mins I was on my way to purchase my 2014 Mazda cx5 financing was easy good rate free oil changes and state inspection what more can I ask for. Paul is the first sales manager that wasn't pushy at all very smooth and well dressed and I must say Eddie has lots of energy and very funny I will share my experience with friend and family about you guys if I know anyone looking from a car I will send them your way thanks again guys GREAT JOB!!!!!! I am an informed consumer and had 2 Mazda CX 9 deals lines up. I knew my trade in value and what I should Pay for the car I had found advertised on the intranet net. I never made it to the 2nd dealer. lines up. I knew my trade in value and what I should Pay for the car I had found advertised on the intranet net. I never made it to the 2nd dealer. Rosenthal was honest and forthright with no hidden incentives, I was quoted a true price. The 2nd dealership I later found out had falsely advertised a similar car for a lower price, burdened with non applicable incentives. Rosenthal the did the unexpected and lowered the price before any negotiation, then offered my a very fair trade in value. It truly made me appreciate the option of trading a car, which I had never done before as I have always sold on my own prior to purchase. Lastly, then matched then were able to beat my credit unions interest rate....all of which led to my primary goal of not exceeding X$'s per month and all of this with no money down only the equity of the trade in....simply an amazing, No Hassled car buying experience. I did not know Rosenthal nor any of their employees prior to this purchase, my next vehicle will be bought there as well...no doubt or hesitation. Now the vehicle itself, if you have a family and are in need of a 7 passenger vehicle check out the reviews on consumer report, ,Edmunds etc for the CX 9. That's what led me to Mazda and subsequently Rosenthal...it is a Great dollar value and is fun to drive...the base sport model is loaded with valuable amenities. Top that off with 275 HP and the fact that it handles unlike most crossovers and there you have it....Zoom, Zoom...I am a convert after 30 plus years on the road. It's important to note that Rosenthal is under NEW Management and they are breaking their collective backs to right the wrongs and put their dealership at the top of the heap...in this consumers opinion they are well on their way. Thank you David, Ed, Ash and Dean! You have made my family safe and happy and that is all that matters. GS in No. Va. More
I spent a good amount of time researching cars and the wife and I took a couple days going to dealerships. We were looking between the Ford escape, Subaru Forester and Mazda CX-5. We made tradeoff for eac wife and I took a couple days going to dealerships. We were looking between the Ford escape, Subaru Forester and Mazda CX-5. We made tradeoff for each and knew what we were willing to pay for each vehicle (and entertained the idea of getting a 2013 model if it came down to it). The CX-5 through our research was the top car if we could get the right price. We went to 4 Mazda dealerships in total (with one of those visits having a very bad experience with the sales manager) and we got a price from each of these dealerships. We found a listing of Rosenthal Mazda and due to our busy day I could only deal with them over phone calls ( the 4 dealerships we dealt with were in a 150 mile radius...) Throughout the day I was on the phone with Vitaly at Rosenthal Mazda. He was extremely responsive and he found us the car with color we were looking for in their inventory (not the one in the listing). We negotiated over a few phone calls and once we got to a certain price I agreed to come in person (I understand that sometimes dealers do whatever they can to get you in) When we arrived (15 minutes before the dealership closed) he already had the car out front waiting for us to test drive. He went over the important features of the car and let the wife and I take a decently long test drive to let us both get a feel for the car in different driving environments (again the dealership was close to closing and we weren't getting rushed at all). When we got back from the test drive the dealership was 15 minutes past closing but the team stayed with us and again did not rush us. Patiently answered our questions and even did another round of negotiating with us (starting with the price they offered over the phone, so no trick there). We agreed on the price (and got a very fair price for our trade in). Off to the finance manager. My wife and I put up our walls and were ready for a barrage of "extras" to be pushed onto us by the finance manager. As expected, he put their extended warranties and other protections on the table but unexpected, when we were saying no to these products he was not pushy. The longest part of the whole process seemed to be getting our insurance transferred (which is not on Rosenthal at all). All done with the finance manager. Now is the part where we are rushed out the door since the money has been given right? Wrong. Vitaly took time to make sure we have all the documents we needed, made sure we had a good experience and then went over more features with us (and important parts of the manual). Then after this, he took us out to our car (which while we were inside with the finance manager, they took it through the car wash and cleaned the interior even more (new car so barely dirty anyway but cleaned the carpets of anything from test drives)). He went over important things for our drive home (like where the gas door level was, where certain indicators were and what they meant, etc.). Lastly, he helped us move things from the old car to the new one and helped us comb it over for anything under seats and such. He even helped us take a picture with our old car. It is now 2 and a half hours after closing and he is asking if there is anything more he could help with. Vitaly is the type of customer service I appreciate. (and we appreciate the rest of the team at Rosenthal Mazda for not skimping on service even though we were the only customers left in there and closing was long past). After some rough parts of the day, when the wife and I left Rosenthal, we were happy with what we got. More
I made an appointment to see a used Rogue with this dealership and was promptly taken to see Lance, who pulled the car up to the door so my wife and I didn't have to go out in the cold. We took it for dealership and was promptly taken to see Lance, who pulled the car up to the door so my wife and I didn't have to go out in the cold. We took it for a test ride, honored the price we were quoted via Truecar, and helped us drive away that day. He answered all of our questions honestly and accurately and never tried to push extras on us. Working with Lance was a pleasure and he made the process of buying a car painless. At no point did we feel like we he didn't have our interests in mind. We love our new (to us) car and highly recommend Lance at Rosenthal Nissan Mazda! More

All the sale managers of this Dealership are dishonest. Did not honor the price agreement upon arrival. Very, very, very "BAD" of doing business!! My advice, if you want to deal with them, then it's ok bu Did not honor the price agreement upon arrival. Very, very, very "BAD" of doing business!!
