Service on my brakes I cannot enough good things about German Alfaro, the Assistant Service Manager at Rosenthal Nissan Mazda. I went to the service center to have my bra I cannot enough good things about German Alfaro, the Assistant Service Manager at Rosenthal Nissan Mazda. I went to the service center to have my brakes replaced. German and his staff were able to quickly determine that my job would take more than few hours and very quickly had me in a rental car and on my way. After, I picked my car up the next day, there was scraping sound on my brakes, and German and his staff discovered that emergency brakes also needed to be repaired. German explained to me that because they did not identify the problem to me the day prior, they would repair the part for me free of charge and German included a free car detail for my troubles. A couple of weeks later, I unfortunately had to go back to the dealer because my brakes were once again making a scraping sound. German once again had me in another car and on my way while they figured out the problem. It turned out to be a spring that had came loose and they fixed the problem quickly. I think will definitely return to Rosenthal for my future business. German and his staff are excellent at their jobs and always courteous. I would highly recommend the service center at Rosenthal Nissan Mazda. More

I had major work done on my Nissan Altima and all appears to have been completed in a satisfactory manner.....I mean the car runs well, so I guess that counts for something. From the moment I arrived at Rosenthal Nissan Mazda I was immediately discriminated against with a very abrupt question from sales representative, Muhammad, and he asked me as soon as I sat down in his office "What's your credit score like?" I completely understand that credit and your score has a main factor in knowing if you'll be financed in-house or through a lender, but the introduction should have been "Welcome To Rosenthal Mazda, I'm Muhammad. Are you looking for any particular car/model, etc. today?" I wanted to get up and walk away at that very moment because I knew that my experience with this sales rep wasn't going to go well. He wanted to run my credit before showing me any cars on the lot and I found this to also be discriminating. I had to inquire if I could test drive the Mazda 3 S and finally Muhammad allowed me to test drive the vehicle while he rode along with me. He was so bossy and constantly saying "Turn right here! Go left! Go Faster- while in a 25 mile per hour street." This was not what I had expected from a test drive; for I saw other people there who took a car out for a test drive and no one had to accompany them. Upon our return to the dealership Muhammad was informed by the Finance Manager that no bank would finance me and the only thing that they could do for me is put me into a Mazda 2 through their financing program. "I thought to myself how could that be when my bank had just approved me for Financing the day before?" I asked Muhammad if he could have the finance manager contact my bank, but he continued to say "Look, no bank approved you. There's nothing else I can do for you." I told him that I refused to purchase a Mazda 2 S when I was just approved by my bank 1 day before for a Mazda 3 S vehicle. He put his hands up and said "Listen, there's nothing else we can do for you so just take the Mazda S2, make payments on time, and come back in 6 months and trade it in for the Mazda S3. I politely asked him where the waiting area was and he showed me. I called another Mazda Dealership in the area who picked me up from this horrible dealership. Within 2 hours of being at the other Mazda Dealership in which I was provided with exceptional customer service, I drove off of the lot with the car I wanted, a Mazda 3 S. I would never recommend anyone to this dealership if you're a first time car buyer like myself and/or your credit score is not in the high 600's or above. I understand that they are used to catering to customers with high credit sores because it's in Tyson's Corner and there's money in that area, but they should treat everyone with respect no matter what your credit score is. There's a right way to tell someone "No" and Muhammad's way was an unpleasant one. The Finance Manager, however, was very nice and I regret not obtaining his name, but the sales representative, Muhummad, was very nasty and abrupt. Please note that I am writing this review based off of my experience with Muhammad and can not speak for other sales reps at this location; I'm sure they're all not like Muhammad, however 1 employee can impact a customer's decision in conducting future business with that company and based off of that 1 experience I would never return or refer any of my friends or co-workers. More

Very very bad and dishonest sells people and nasty manager. Just went to buy a new Sentra listed on cars.com the manager was the nastiest person I've seen in my life very rude and keep arguing ! I mean everywhere charge you more than online prices but them was crazy! 5700.00 more than the online price on a Sentra ! And he tried every possible way to fake on me and sell another car saying by showing the other higher price on similar cars he had , to make it short their service department is great specially purple team but sells group specially the new nasty manager is a great reason that i wont even think of buying a Nissan ever again( i was a good nissan fan and bought 6nissans in my house in past 2 years but he made me regret them all More

After speaking to Gary on the phone, I decided to give Rosenthal's a try, and I wasn't disappointed. Gary's team was very professional in explaining to me the steps that had to be taken to repair my a/c system and in having the car ready when promised. I would definitely go to Gary and Rosenthal's again. The low marks I gave for "Price" don't really apply to Rosenthal's service center. They are based on a disagreement I have with Nissan over how much of the work on my car's a/c should be covered by warranty. More
