Rosenthal had my car for 6 days, and there wasn't a moment that I was unsure with regard to the status of my car. Additionally, my car came back to me repaired and at no cost to me. They did a great job on my car and returned it to me looking like it just came off the showroom floor. German and the team at service team have renewed my faith in dealerships. I bought my car here as well. I've bought many cars, but this was by far my best buying experience. More

With professionalism and kindness, he produced quality care for my customer needs and vehicle service maintenance. As well, Greg and Ed were wonderful. Another gentleman was part of the crew and very informative...my apologies as I did not get his name. Overall, great experience and I am satisfied with service and will return and refer others! I am one who is very conscientious of value, cost and traditional style of genuine customer service. You never know the true experience until you experience it for yourself. I first read the reviews and then tried for myself...I'm quite happy with the results! More

Very good service I have never trusted mechanics, especially dealerships. Gary Diaz's Green Team was knowledgeable and friendly, however. They worked quickly to do my I have never trusted mechanics, especially dealerships. Gary Diaz's Green Team was knowledgeable and friendly, however. They worked quickly to do my emissions and safety checks, as well as make some repairs that were under warranty on my certified used car. Gary is phenomenal about keeping you informed as to the progress of repairs and the status of your car. He also is very accommodating to working around your schedule. It seems like the Service team at Rosenthal is divided up into colored teams...not really sure if it's a round-robin assignment, or if certain teams do certain repairs. All I can say is Gary, who runs the Green Team, captured my business from my independent mechanic by doing an awesome job. I would request to be assigned to his team if you are looking to get service work done. More

I usually deal with Roger Ponce who's outstanding, but in his absence, another service manager from the Silver Team assisted me and provided an equally outstanding service. I recommend this dealership without any reservations. However, I DO NOT RECOMMEND the service center in Towlern Place, Sterling, VA -- STAY AWAY from them! After 10 years of service on my Mazdaspeed MX-5, I will continue using Rosenthal's for as long as I own this car, which will probably be until Mazda brings out another Speed version. More

Maybe other women know how to maintain their cars, but I have only the most minimal knowledge of what it takes to keep my car running. That said, I am not in the habit of being over-charged or swindled into services I don't need. That's why it's so important for me to be able to trust my dealership and their service department. If I pick up the phone to call my dad or my brother about the service I've been offered and they say "that's good advice and a fair price," then I am absolutely going to be a repeat customer! Glad I brought my car here for my state emission and inspection, plus the 30,000 services it desperately needed. Everything was completed while I had lunch at a nearby Chipotle. The breaks didn't squeal anymore and my car passed emissions. They even vacuumed my car! Couldn't be more pleased. Thank you! More
