The leasing manager, Mr. Mohamed Wadood, took care of me. Like any reasonable customer, I had checked the market thoroughly for the best solution in ending my lease and getting a new or previously owned vehicle. Mohamed was patient, very knowledgable, and willing to accommodate the circumstances of my end-of-lease situation. Most of all, he was instrumental in putting me into a leased 2015 Altima at a monthly rate I could not refuse. The Altima is elegant, super fuel-efficient, and a joy to drive. Mohamed has become a trusted advisor and friend. I can't say enough about this professional who seems to really love his work by serving his clients. His office is lined with several dozen award plaques for his outstanding performance. I can see why. He's the first person I will call when my current vehicle is ready to turn in! More
Good Car Service. Selling Techniques... Not so Good I came to this dealer because I received a recall notice for my car -I am new in the NoVa area, so this was my first visit to this dealer. The service with Roger/Blue Team was great; he was pleasant and professional, and the service was fast. I will totally bring my car to be serviced there. Now, the not-so-nice part. While waiting for my car to be ready, I was shopping around for a new car, when a car salesman called Reza approached me. He was nice, but the poor guy had no idea of how to answer my questions and I am not a car savvy at all. Also, I told him, several times, that navigation was in the rock bottom of my priority list and I was not interested in that feature whatsoever, but he kept trying and trying to use that as a selling point. They were too pushy, but it is ok; they have to make a living. One thing I did not like AT ALL was some kind move so staged that I had to bite my tongue for not to start laughing out loud. Seriously, it was so poorly played that I have seen kindergarten plays with better acting. On the bright side, the cars were well priced (most of them) and with very low millage. More

Fantastic I recently took my 2010 speed 3 in for an alignment. The service manager Jon L. was very helpful and courteous. Good service, even though expensive I took my vehicle in because it was making some noises in the engine. Imagine my surprise when my previous service manager Gary, who did such a good I took my vehicle in because it was making some noises in the engine. Imagine my surprise when my previous service manager Gary, who did such a good job and captured my business was gone (I was instantly hesitant because I distrust dealerships). My new service adviser was Marcos. He recommended a powerflush, which was around $200. I had just bought the car Certified Pre-Owned 3 months ago ( so I was a little ticked that they were trying to game me), as apparently the previous owner had never changed certain fluids, so there was a lot of gunk in the engine (FYI I called the dealer back home where I bought the car, and that is not something they check during the Certified inspection). It was expensive, but the car was running better afterwards, however, there were still noises which I was a little upset about. Marcos listened to my concerns (another service manager, while just trying to help, chimed in and was like that's just how it sounds...Marcos could tell I was hesitant to believe this and even brought the tech (David) out to talk with me about them because he was determined to make it right). I can't emphasize how important it was that Marcos didn't just tell me that's how it sounds and listened to my concerns. Turns out, my tech David owns a Juke too, and even took me for a quick loop around the block in his to talk with me about some of the loud noises that Jukes have due to the new timing chains (that's the loud knocking that you hear on the rightside fellow Juke owners) and turbo (sounds like vibrating loose metal in your engine when you accelerate). Marcos & David didn't know it, but with Gary gone, the dealership was going to lose my business back to my old mechanic if I left and didn't feel that they knew what they were talking about with the noises. They really went the extra mile to make sure I was happy and keep my business. I can't recommend the Green Team enough. They do excellent work, actually listen to their customers, and when they recommend something, they genuinely believe that it is going to help. They have cemented my business for the foreseeable future. More
