Stay away from this dishonest dealership run by crooks! This is a terrible dealership run by unethical, unprofessional and dishonest people. I and my brother purchased a 2015 Mazda 3, on June 18th, 2015. This is a terrible dealership run by unethical, unprofessional and dishonest people. I and my brother purchased a 2015 Mazda 3, on June 18th, 2015. The sales consultant was Ms. Sherry Wood. It was our first visit to the dealership and despite making our decision within 40-45 minutes to purchase the car we were subjected to rude behavior by the sales consultant. Moreover, in spite of having a specific price confirmed, the finance guy tried to scam us by increasing the number of months to be paid under the installment (in fine prints) thus increasing the total amount than what was mutually discussed. Thankfully we noticed that before signing and had to struggle hard to have them making the corrections. Later, upon receiving the customer experience survey from Mazda USA my brother had provided his comments "anonymously" about my experience dealing with the sales consultant Ms. Sherry Wood. Mazda USA should have protected the reviewer’s anonymity as well as possibility of any retaliation. Shockingly Ms. Wood saw the comments somehow and contacted me from her personal cell phone to retaliate on my survey comments. She called me during my work hours and despite asking her to contact me later as I was very busy, she went on belittling me over the phone with a very aggressive tone. She went to the extent of telling me that "I am new to the country and hence has no manners to speak and do not know how to communicate with people". She even made a terrible comment that I may have problems with people of a certain ethnic group which is why I reported about her disgraceful behavior on the Customer Experience Survey. She was not allowing me to speak and shocked me further when she went on shouting at me, accusing me of lying on the survey. Both I and my brother are USA-grad school educated working professionals. My brother has been living in the USA for 13 years, purchased multiple brand new cars (Hondas and BMW) prior to this but never came across a situation like this before. I reported about the harassment caused by Ms. Sherry Wood to the Rosenthal Mazda management and even contacted the general manager of Rosenthal Mazda, William Gray a number of times. However, even after 2 weeks, the dealership/William Gray (GM) did not take appropriate steps and first downplayed then totally ignored the incident. Finally I reported the issue to Mazda USA, VA Attorney General and Better Business Bureau. I’d recommend others to save themselves from the trouble and wrongdoings by Rosenthal Nissan Mazda of Tysons Corner, VA and the people associated to it. Try any other Mazda dealership in the VA/DC/MD area! More

They even let me take it home to get it checked out by my own service mechanic, who found nothing wrong with it. When I pointed out a ding on the bumper and windshield, they took care of that for us. Extremely reasonable. What a refreshing experience. Highly recommend them. More

I brought my 2011 Juke to my Service Advisor, Jon, and he took very good care of me! The first time I brought it in he diagnosed it as just needing a recharge and sent me on my happily merry way. A couple weeks later the AC went again, so we both knew there was a more serious problem. I brought it back and he quickly and promptly fixed the issue - needed a new compressor. Jon was (and is) fast, accurate, and intelligent in our transactions and always delivers the truly exceptional experience that customers expect. Cars are machines, and something will eventually go wrong. The good news is there are guys like Jon out there who can fix them when they do. The next time something happens to your Nissan, go see Jon! More
Convenient and Excellent Service I have been bringing my 2010 Nissan Altima to Roger on the blue team for servicing at the Rosenthal Tysons location for 5 years now, and I have never I have been bringing my 2010 Nissan Altima to Roger on the blue team for servicing at the Rosenthal Tysons location for 5 years now, and I have never been anything but impressed. Not only does Roger makes sure my visit is always convenient and efficient, he goes out of his way to make sure my car is in tip top shape when I leave (he even has it washed and vacuumed!). Whether he's coordinating with my work schedule, setting me up with a loaner so I can drop my car off to be serviced for an evening, or offering advice on what services I should choose to be performed, I always feel taken care of and like I'm being given honest feedback and advice. This means a lot to me, as I am admittedly exactly the type who a car service department would take advantage of. I highly recommend anyone at Rosenthal in the service department if Roger is any indication of the rest of the team. More

He was honest and presented a good, transparent view of the whole process, and had a very pleasant, friendly demeanor.
