Efficient and Friendly I walked in and was helped right away by Gabriel. I told him what I was looking for and we went over several options. He was able to review inventory I walked in and was helped right away by Gabriel. I told him what I was looking for and we went over several options. He was able to review inventory with me quickly and I test drove and decided I would finalize everything the next day. It was my first big car purchase so I wanted to sleep on it. I decided on a different color than I test drove so Gabriel had mine pulled up out front so I could test that one before the final purchase. He went back and forth with a manager a few times to work through interest rates and I was disappointed I could not get a lower rate with my credit score- they would not budge on the price for me but overall was a simple, painless process. James was knowledgeable and sweet, and the woman selling the add-ons finshes was very friendly. I hope the service continues with my routine inspections and servicing. Never had any issues. A few years back they updated their waiting area (should you opt to do that). I like the fact they have an open area for general waiting and additional rooms that are designated as "quiet" rooms (i.e. cell phone free). More
