Priority Nissan got the sale because they were professional and ready to accommodate our visit. We dealt directly with Salesman Forrest Smith. We selected the Altima we liked, test drove it and negotiated a sale. We traded in our Murano and drove away with our 2016 Altima! The experience was better than we expected after having a terrible experience at Brown's Nissan in Fairfax. We truly enjoy the new car. Thank, Priority Nissan. More

I was giving my Murano to my daughter so I wanted to get a smaller SUV. The Sales person who sold me the Murano was not in his office then. Forrest Smith was at his desk so I asked him if I could ask him about the smaller SUV's Priority sells. Forrest was very polite, friendly and professional. As we talked I realized how technically knowledgeable he was about the vehicles I was in which I was interested. I made an appointment to test drive a Mazda and Nissan. Forrest was anxious for me to get the car that I felt was right for me and invested in seeing that thru to a successful sale. I would not hesitate to recommend Forrest Smith as an excellent Sales person and representative of Priority Nissan Mazda. More

Would not go anywhere else! My husband and I have been going to this dealership for almost 11 years to service our 2005 Armada. We have never received anything but excellent ser My husband and I have been going to this dealership for almost 11 years to service our 2005 Armada. We have never received anything but excellent service. Recently we had a very serious problem with our brakes where the main brakes stop working causing the ABS brakes to kick in without notice. Our service contact, Roger Ponce, who is always incredibly helpful, really went above and beyond to figure out what the problem was, and make sure it was corrected. Roger even followed up with a phone call the next day to make sure everything was good. That level of customer service keeps us coming back year after year. More

A CLASS ACT I purchased a 2002 Miata from them and have been going to this dealership for years. Me and my car have always been well-treated. They've recent I purchased a 2002 Miata from them and have been going to this dealership for years. Me and my car have always been well-treated. They've recently now added free manicures to their lady customers while you wait for your car. So, when I took my Miata in a few weeks ago for it's annual safety, emissions inspection, I had one. It was wonderful! I wish it wasn't just on Wednesdays, however, because the manicurist was very busy and there was a wait. The only negative I have is the crazy way you have to get into this dealership, now that they've removed the front road due to putting in the Metro Line out to Dulles. More
