Not Helpful at all I purchased a Mazda 3 from Rosenthal, now that it is Priority they do not want to honor my complimentary oil changes. When I bought my Mazda I went wi I purchased a Mazda 3 from Rosenthal, now that it is Priority they do not want to honor my complimentary oil changes. When I bought my Mazda I went with Rosenthal because of the offer of the lifetime complimentary oil changes and safety inspections. This was the main reason why I purchased my car from the dealership. I contacted the other Rosenthals dealerships in the area and now they are saying the Mazda Nissan was not part of Rosenthal they just used the name, so they will not honor anything. I have the paperwork to show this to both companies but they are just ignoring me. I now would not trust neither Rosenthal nor Priority at all. More

After having two other Nissan dealership's attempt to repair a vibration at highway speeds, Roger and his team were able to determine the cause and ha After having two other Nissan dealership's attempt to repair a vibration at highway speeds, Roger and his team were able to determine the cause and had it corrected. A bent rim and a defective tire were the simple cause that two other dealerships and multiple technicians could not find. Even though this dealership is not geographically convenient to me with two other dealerships much closer, I will now becoming to Roger at Priority Nissan for all my service. More
