He informed me prpmptly ehen the work was completed and went over the work done clearly. Although the problem was not able to be rectified after 3 trips, Nissan has now said it is a wide spread issue with this particular model and are looking for a permanent fix. John Self, as the service writer, went over and above board to keep us informed. I appreciate it greatly. I do hope the Nissan company comes up with a permanent fix soon. The car is safe to drive, it is worrying that there is something wide spread amiss with the vehicle we use daily. More

While many dealerships may have similar skills and facilities, the real difference is in how you are treated as a customer. Jon Lavigne has thoroughly impressed me with his superior customer service skills and support. I knows me by name and knows the service history of my vehicle. He gets me in and out of the dealership quickly and I always leave with my vehicle better than when I drove it in. A great member of the Priority Nissan team, he is one of the many reasons why I not only buy my Nissans for them, but so do my family members. Well done! More
