Dependable and Courteous I have given a rating of 5 of 5 in my last visit to Priority Nissan in Tyson's Corner. When I arrived there by appointment at 10am on a weekday, the d I have given a rating of 5 of 5 in my last visit to Priority Nissan in Tyson's Corner. When I arrived there by appointment at 10am on a weekday, the dealership was really busy. I had been going to Roger Ponce, as my advisor, for my vehicle needs during the past 2 years. Roger is a sincere and direct advisor in which I can rely on a courteous greeting and quick attentive service. He ensures that when he specifies a time frame when my vehicle will be complete, it usually is, if not 20 to 30 minutes earlier than the specified time. In the case of my last visit to get a synthetic oil change and tire rotation, Roger Ponce said it would be about 2 hours. Seeing all of the vehicles at the dealership waiting for service, I was skeptical that it would be completed in 2 hours. At about the 1 1/2 hour time frame, Roger approached me in the waiting room and said that my vehicle would be ready shortly. It was ready 5 minutes later! I was happy with this! Roger is also good at pointing out things on the checklist that may need serviced soon, but he is not pushy with trying to make a sale. He is informative. I appreciate that! More
