Poor sales team experience The sales, finance/business teams unfortunately don't have the customers best interests in mind. They are extremely pushy about getting you to sign a The sales, finance/business teams unfortunately don't have the customers best interests in mind. They are extremely pushy about getting you to sign a contract without explaining or annotating information on thier contracts. They seem to lack basic information about thier products and services offered. They will make agreements knowingly they can't keep on services they don't have to get you to sign. You can also expect them add warranties without your request to your purchase by telling you it was added in to better service you when indeed it's a deceptive practice to make money for the dealer. Also if you have questions regarding your purchase after the sale do not expect friendly service. Expect the sales team to be abrasive, rude, dismissive, or irritated about answering your questions. Also you can expect the sales team to be more interested in checking thier cell phones or being engaged in personal conversations more so than helping you. On a lighter note I have visited the service department and unlike the sales, finance and business teams they were helpful. I will never come back to this dealer nor would I recommend it. More
