My mortgage loan app was rejected due to incorrect report Avoid these dealer . My Nissan Leaf account was closed in 2016 after it was traded to the dealer to buy new car from same dealer. Some how they lost Avoid these dealer . My Nissan Leaf account was closed in 2016 after it was traded to the dealer to buy new car from same dealer. Some how they lost the traded car and related account details and reopened it for collection after 2 years . They reported me to credit offices every month 30 , 60, 90 days late and owe over $15,000 on the car. I provided a copy of my documents and still they could not clear the account . Our mortgage application was rejected due to incorrect credit report from Priority Nissan. How can they don't know where the car was for 18 months and re opened a closed account in January 2018, 18 months after it was traded in back to the same Nissan dealer . They staff members are un cooperative claim they don't know about it I will send similar reviews and complain every where until they clean my credit record Dealer is at 8525 Leesburg Pike Vienna, VA 22180 Thanks More

Eddie took his time to explain and showed us the vehicle that matches our needs. We gave 3 stars rating because we also experienced with the stereotypes 'car salesmen' from this same dealer where we felt that we could not leave the place fast enough. More
Great first car buying experience I went with my daughter for her first new car buying experience. Atef linked me up with Leo as our Sales guy, and Leo couldn't have been any more pro I went with my daughter for her first new car buying experience. Atef linked me up with Leo as our Sales guy, and Leo couldn't have been any more professional and knowledgeable. He was not a high-pressure sales guy at all, and that's exactly what we wanted. Atef was also very nice and introduced us to Eddie, and said that if there was anything that we needed, just catch any of the three of them and they'd take care of us. Leo did a wonderful job of listening to what my daughter wanted and did a great job of demonstrating the various features of the vehicle, prior to us taking it out for a test drive. Overall, a painless experience for such a large purchase in a young person's life. I would highly recommend Leo to anyone looking to check out a Mazda product. More

Worst car buying experience EVER I waited 3 hours to speak with someone in finance to sign the paperwork - I should have left then. My fiancé and I had both told the sales person we I waited 3 hours to speak with someone in finance to sign the paperwork - I should have left then. My fiancé and I had both told the sales person we wanted to make a down payment on 2 separate cards and register the vehicle in 2 names. They said no problem, At 10 PM when I got to finance I was spoken to very rudely, the woman even stormed out at one point to yell at a sales manager (an interaction I could hear happening in the hallway.) The way I wanted to make the down payment and list the registration were both issues... the lack of communication between departments was extremely frustrating and only starts there… We picked up the car Dec 12, and waited for our tags. After 3 weeks we had nothing. I followed up with my sales person who said she would look into it and my tags should be there any day now. No one followed up with us, so when our temp tags expired the next week we went in hoping our tags were there. We waited over an hour to talk to a finance manger who told us our finance check had been SENT TO THE WRONG PLACE (what??) but they had found it and the issue was fixed. They issued us a second set of temp tags, and said they would issue our perm tags within 10 days… 2 weeks after that Navy Fed said still no deposit and we still had no tags. I called Nissan (to be transferred 6 times between reception, accounting, finance, and sales, again interdepartmental communication is non-existent creating lots of frustration for the customer) and finally talked to someone who said my finance CHECK WAS LOST. I had to go back to Navy Fed then back to the dealer for the 3rd time to give them this new check. When asking how this could have happened, they took no responsibility, saying the accounting was all off site and they have no access or control over it. But, when I had called the day before they transferred me to the off-site accounting department who also did not take responsibility or even offer an explanation of what was going on. In what kind of business is no one responsible for making sure my money is processed?! I was assured they would call me the next Monday to verify my check had been deposited – SURPRISE they did not call me, so I called them at 7 PM to confirm. FINALLY it was done and I received my tags that week. Still not over though.. This week I received notification from Navy Fed the loan was processed, and that the rates had changed and they only honored the old rate until 1/15, I was now locked in at a HIGHER RATE because the dealership took almost 2 months to process my payment. So now on top of weeks of frustration Priority Nissan’s mistake is costing me even more money. The lack of communication and lack of responsibility from every person I encountered was astounding! More
