Horror Service and Sales, Run Away Bought car but sales was horrible. Even spoke to the General Manager, that is what he said he was, he was very rude and unhelpful. I have been waiting for my Virginia tags for over 14 weeks I have gotten 3 temp tags. I have paid for my car. I brought them a check from my credit union for the full amount agreed on and my paperwork shows. They told me that they lost my paperwork and now have to redo the paperwork and the price is a lot more for the car. I told them I had given them a check for the full amount. The General Manager said the price was too low and can't let it go for that, but that was the price on their web site. I found out from my credit union that the check was cashed over 12 weeks ago and I have been making payments. They are just trying to get more money out of me. I went to DMV and reported them. DMV told me that everything was done and Virginia tags were issued at the dealer at the same time the check was cashed. So I called my credit union back and got the info I needed for DMV to give me tags. I did it myself. I didn't tell the dealer. Also I just tried to get my free oil change, which they call priority for life. The service manage told me, I couldn't have it cause the deal is not complete. He was no help and didn't care. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. BOTH SALES AND SERVICE IS HORRIBLE. THEY ARE ALL BIG FAT LIARS. More

This time around... I fell through the cracks. I’ve been coming here for many years, have always had a great customer support experience, but this time was the opposite of great. My usual service a I’ve been coming here for many years, have always had a great customer support experience, but this time was the opposite of great. My usual service associate was at a meeting when I arrived, therefore, a woman who was standing in for him checked me in and told me that the car would be ready in 90 minutes. At the 100th minute, since I hadn’t heard from any associate, I came down to the service area, and my car was just there, in the middle of the service area, the driver’s window was lowered and my keys were on the dashboard. So I just got my keys and checked myself out. I had come in for a safety inspection and an oil change; the safety sticker had been updated, so I assume that the inspection was completed. However, later in that day I realized that they didn’t put the oil sticker/reminder on the windshield, therefore, I don’t know if they changed the oil or not. On the other hand, I usually get a printout of the list of services that were performed and the fees, and this time I didn’t get anything. I don’t have a record that I was there (other than the 2019 safety sticker). Clearly, the woman standing in on that date failed to communicate to my usual service associate that I had arrived and that my car was already being serviced... and I fell through the cracks. Lesson: do not leave your car with anyone else other than the service associate you made an appointment with! More
