They do anything to get you to their store! I write online reviews once every 2-3 years! because either I'm very impressed or very disapointed with a business or a product. These guys do anything they can to just get you to their store then the different scenarios begin. (either the same car is not available or there was a miscommunication,etc.) I went to Nissan Priority at Chantilly on 7/14/2018 to test drive a Nissan. The sales associate showed me the break down of final price on the paper. Since the car had a VA safety inspection sticker for October/2017 and had over 1000 miles on it, I negotiated the price down and the sales manager agreed to bring the price down by $2000. So I was looking at $19,000 (out the door=final price including all the fees). But they were insisting that I go with Nissan Standard Financing which is 4%-5% APR! which I refused to do. Then on 7/15/2018 I sent an email to Nissan Priority of Tysons Corner and Asked them If they could find me a similar car with the same "out the door price of 19k" but for 1.9% APR (considering that I would put 6k down)! Matthew Turner (Internet Sales Agent) replied and asked if that's the max I could do. Then on 7/21/2018 Jordan Egan sent and email and followed up but when I repeated the same proposal, He gave up! On 7/25/2018 Matthew Turner sends an email and says since you are putting 6k down we can make the deal happen and you will be looking at $18,999.75 (He pretended that this number was going to be my Out the door) I mean my initial proposal was very clear and nothing was changed. They already knew what numbers I was looking for. I drove for 1 hr and showed up on 7/26/2018, They printed the paper ( I see that my out the door price is $24,999.75). Everybody in the car business knows what OUT THE DOOR price means. they just wanted to play dumb. Here is the funny part. Since I already had the picture of my quote from Nissan Priority of Chantilly. I saw that the quote these guys at Nissan Priority of Tysons were showing to me was the same car, with the same STOCK # and the same VIN number. But $4000 higher than the initial quote I had from Chantilly Store (before the negotiations)!!! ***BEWARE, DO NOT FALL FOR THIS LINE THAT FINANCE WITH US THEN YOU CAN GO TO YOUR BANK AFTER A FEW MONTHS AND REFINANCE FOR A BETTER RATE*** More

Amazing Staff and Resources Came in for my 20,000 servicing. Although it’s pricey (almost $500) it was worth it. Ismael explained what they would be doing and what price to expect, right when he checked me in. I approved all of the items they mentioned and waited inside. He said it would be about 2 hours and sure enough it was! They have a great waiting area and quiet room - which is where i set up my laptop and worked from while waiting. The quit rooms even have a small desk for the laptop to be placed on. They also do free manis every Wednesday, thiugh I didn’t sign up for one. I’ve never had a bad experience with this dealer’s service dept. and don’t expect that i ever will. Thanks guys! More

30,000 mile service I love this dealership. We have bought our last 3 cars from them. They have a fantastic service department too. And ladies if you bring your car in fo I love this dealership.
