Above and Beyond Due to a mistake by the Nissan Mazda sales team my tire and wheel insurance contract had not been sent to my insurance provider for over 6 months afte Due to a mistake by the Nissan Mazda sales team my tire and wheel insurance contract had not been sent to my insurance provider for over 6 months after a I purchased my vehicle. I discovered this while attempting to file a minor claim in June 2018. I was reassured by a sales manager that the contract would be sent. I then had an incident in which my rim was damage in Late July 2018. When I brought my vehicle to the dealership for repairs which should have been billed to my insurance (I bought both my car and the tire and wheel insurance from Priority Nissan/Mazda) my car could not be repaired because the sales team never sent the contract. After being the victim of a mistake and then being lied to by a manager I lost all hope that I would get my vehicle damages paid for. However, despite my terrible experience with the Priority Nissan Mazda sales team, the service team saved the day. John L. went above and beyond his job and scope as a vehicle service representative he advocated on my behalf and was able to get the necessary documentation from finance sent to my tire and wheel insurance provider. Despite it being a week long painful process in which I did not have my vehicle John L. Took a difficult situation and problem which was not his responsibility and he mad it right. For this I am giving him and the Nissan/Mazda Service Center a 5 star review. More
