Roger Pence has set the standard in customer care and service. He was able to provide same day service in an emergency as well as provide exceptional customer car has set the standard in customer care and service. I have had all my maintenance work done at this locations. KEEP in mind that I am super anal about my titan and WILL NOT let any one suspected of sub par quality touch it. My titan looks so good, when i parked on the lot next to a 2017, another customer thought it was for sale and wanted to buy it. THATS THE LEVEL OF CARE THAT I EXPECT FOR MY VEHICLE AND ROGER HAS EXCEEDED THAT LEVEL OF CARE EVERY TIME. He, along with the nissan parts/service department staff, really do put the customer first and care about how their customers view their service. Your vehicle will be in good hands. More
