John Self Service Consultant has been helping my family and I with Good Afternoon, I've been coming to Priority Nissan Tysons Corner for 2-3 years. John Self Service Consultant has been helping my family and I with our services for 2-3 years. I have to say.. JOHN SELF is a superb consultant! He has always gone out of his way every time I visit to help and keep me updated on upcoming services. For example: Today I came in for a annual Oil change, John noticed some front end damage on my vehicle (car backed into my vehicle). He asked permission to provide a quotation for parts and labor (went beyond his duty to assist and provided 2 quotes. 1 for aftermarket parts and 2 for OEM parts). Again I've owned 3-4 cars and have never experienced this level of customer service! He's always extremely knowledgeable and always goes the extra mile to help. John has called me to ask about how my car is running and if theirs anything Priority Nissan could help with. John has some what become a part of our extended. family. John Self thank you sir for the world class service and the genuine help you have provided over the past 2-3 years. Thank you Priority Nissan for hiring solid service consultants. I WENT IN FOR SERVICE FOR 2016 NISSAN MURANO (WHICH WAS ALSO PURCHASED FROM PRIORITY NISSAN/MAZDA, I DIDN'T KNOW THE 2ND TIME AROUND WOULD BE AS GOOD AS THE 1ST BUT IT ONLY GOT BETTER. SERVICE APPT WENT WELL AND IN A TIMELY MANNER.. DURING MY WAIT I WAS INTRODUCED TO MY 2018 NISSAN ROGUE BY MR. RAEGAN HOOKER-HAIRSTON -VERY COURTEOUS, PROFESSIONAL, INFORMATIVE AND KNOWLEDGEABLE OF THE VEH.. STEFAN JACQUES ASSISTED, AND HE WAS TERRIFIC! LASTLY, JOHN NUYEN (FINANCE) -THE CHERRY ON TOP.
