I paid considerable money for a full evaulation and repair, including an oil change. I leave the parking lot and find my engine running hot - turns out new oil was not added! I genuinely hope no engine damage occurred. Additionally, whatever system is responsible for issuing texts to customers about repair status simply does not work. I only get appointment reminders and never "your car is complete" updates. While I like the people I work with there, I can't justify having my car repaired there until I feel these are fixed. More
