Sales and Svc Depts don't work together! I would not recommend this dealership to anyone! They tried to get away with what was promised, even after presenting evidence in writing! I bought I would not recommend this dealership to anyone! They tried to get away with what was promised, even after presenting evidence in writing! I bought my car from the TC dealership with the promise of free oil change and free tire rotation for the during of the lease term. I have this in writing as an email. In an earlier service appointment, Jon insisted that it is not enough. I must get it written in a proper note signed by a manager, which I did a few months ago. On Dec 26, 2019, when I brought in my car for service, Jon insisted that this same Note is only valid for 30 days when it clearly states the free tire rotation is for the duration of the lease term. He said he is not charging me this time, but that implies he will the next time! This is the same Note he requested and suddenly it is not good enough (after initially accepting it for one or two service visits). I brought this issue up to Mohamed and he told me that this Note is valid for the duration of the lease term and that the system will reflect it as such going forward. I am still very doubtful this will be resolved based on my experience with this dealership. So, my experience has not been good so far! More
