DO NOT Buy Used Vehicles From This Place! *BAD QC* I am speaking specifically for used cars, they do not inspect their used cars with care and professionalism. Their service dept will simply delete cod I am speaking specifically for used cars, they do not inspect their used cars with care and professionalism. Their service dept will simply delete codes and put you back on the road knowing that the vehicle was simply touched up for re-sale purposes. I went 5 times in less than 60 days after purchased a used car at the end they simply told me and I quote the service dept manager's words "Sorry, take it to an specialist because I do not have the right personnel to fix this issue" Even after what they told me I wanted to give them another chance to make it right and I contacted the sales manager for used cars, he told me to take it to a dealer that specializes with this brand and I did. I sent him the report and the repair estimate which exceeded 2K. I sent that to the sales manager and couple days later they simply responde and I quote "I received your paperwork and unfortunately this issue would not be anything that was pre-existing prior to your purchase. The vehicle was VA inspected and emission inspected. Please let me know if you have any additional questions" So BE CAREFUL Buying used cars from this specific location. Guess what that stopped that service because they did not have room the provide the service any more. Th funny thing is the mam in the service department said that still have room to provide a car wash for $12.95. What is next will they stop providing free car inspection for life.. I went to pick up the tags for my new car one month after I purchased the car and no one knew where the tags were but they would try to find them. My temporary tags expire tomorrow so I hope they can find my tags by that time. The problem is that none of the employees care about these changes or the customer. Michael Wilson More

Then it became more noticeable. I decided to schedule appointment to bring the car back to the dealer for diagnosis. The report was “Found oil pan under shield loose. Installed missing bolt.” I talked to the service manager and it seems they did not install the oil pan shield correctly during the recent oil change. I thought if there were a place to trust, it’s the dealer. But apparently Priorities Mazda does not have quality control. I was glad no major damage done beside just the worries, time spent, and inconvenience. More
