You have got to give Priority Mazda Nissan a try! My car was due for oil change and inspection. Arrived there 25 minutes late, but the technician was willing to try to fit me in his busy schedules. One can also request for car wash or 15k or 30k services as well. Waiting area is nice and clean with TV and wifi to keep one occupied for almost 2 hours waiting time. Overall, I am happy to bring my car there for service and leave fully satisfied. More

Just "OK" I did not have a TERRIBLE experience, but I also did not have the BEST experience at Priority Nissan. Let me start off with the good: I got what I nee I did not have a TERRIBLE experience, but I also did not have the BEST experience at Priority Nissan. Let me start off with the good: I got what I needed done, done well, and even got a car rinse. The location is also right next to a metro so you aren't trapped on site waiting for your car to be done. Now for the complaints: First, I had made an appointment well in advance (close to a week before), and still had to wait 2 1/2 hours to get my vehicle serviced for an oil change and other general maintenance. Now, I realize that this service center is very large so wait times may be longer than somewhere else, but I felt that that was a bit ridiculous, especially since I was not a walk-in. I also tried to contact someone prior to my appointment to see if I could get an e-mail verification that itemized the services that I could anticipate receiving. The person on the other end of the line was honestly pretty rude and seemed completely opposed to the idea of even attempting to help me with my request. I understand that these things can be out of one's control, and maybe even not possible, but I do not appreciate feeling like I am a bother for asking a simple question. I unfortunately do not remember his name. Roger Ponce was pretty easy and nice to work with. He seemed ready to accommodate and looked into my warranties on my car when I asked. No complaints on him!
