Scheduled maintenance I took my 2016 Mazda 3 in for it's complimentary oil change. The service adviser was professional and got me set up in a timely manner. He was unfortu I took my 2016 Mazda 3 in for it's complimentary oil change. The service adviser was professional and got me set up in a timely manner. He was unfortunately, overworked and was unable to notify me when my car was done. When my car was brought in after I asked about it, a piece of undercladding that is removed to change the oil was hanging from the bottom of the car because it did not appear to have been bolted back in place after the oil change was complete. Luckily I noticed it and brought it to the service adviser's attention who had the tech take the car back into the shop and install the bolts. It turned out to not be a big deal because I saw it, but if I hadn't noticed it, I would have driven home with the cladding hanging or it might have even have fallen off. Either scenario would have required me to drive the 60 miles back to the dealer and have the situation rectified, either by having the dealer install the missing bolts or try to convince the dealer that the missing part was due to their service. Loved the hand wash of the car; it was sparkling when I got it. More

Front head light replacement I made an appointment for head light replacement and vibration issue. At the station manager told me that vibration it’s normal for car ( abnormal vib I made an appointment for head light replacement and vibration issue. At the station manager told me that vibration it’s normal for car ( abnormal vibration normal for Nissan?) and head light with condensation had no questions about it. The Head light was replaced on next day, I recived a car at day time. While I was driving at night I mentioned that head light is not calibrated at all, because light was focused on the trees not the road. And I found that front bumper next to the replaced light not in line with the fender. And I don’t know how, but fog light stopped working too. So I will go to service again to fix this issues. More
