Helpful & efficient It is always easy to set up/schedule services appointments. I love the friendly email reminders as time approaches next service date. My service technician asks if I have any concerns, takes note of them to be addressed while my Nissan is being serviced. The cost to me to have my Nissan serviced is minimal. Tire rotation is all that is not included since the purchase of my car. It is awesome that I am able to have my VA state safety inspection done onsite and was completed at my last visit. You always receive a call or a text when you vehicle is ready, as I always drop it off and use the shuttle service to catch the metro or be dropped off at nearby retail stores. I also love that if a service is recommended, I am not being forced into have a service done that isn't needed at the current time and that I am offered a coupon for a discount on services when available. Every visit I make here leaves me more and more happy I purchased my vehicle with Priority Nissan. More
