Roger Ponce once again saves the day I have been traveling out of town for business and really didn't have time to deal with any challenges with my car. While out of town my Check Tire Pr I have been traveling out of town for business and really didn't have time to deal with any challenges with my car. While out of town my Check Tire Pressure message notice kept popping up. I would put air in the tire and 2 days later the notice returned. I had a quick 36 hours back home and Roger not only fit me into the schedule but returned the repaired car to me in less than 4 hours -- allowing me to stick to my schedule and get back out of town. No matter what I need Roger and Priority Service are able to quickly find the problem and fix it the first time. More

Great people, slow service I’ve been coming to get my Nissan services here for 3 years already and I like it pretty well. I’ve have a terrible experience with one particular ser I’ve been coming to get my Nissan services here for 3 years already and I like it pretty well. I’ve have a terrible experience with one particular service associate whom I’ll keep anonymous for the simple fact that I believe everyone deserves a job- even this belittling individual. The only other thing I’ll take away is that they take FOREVER to complete an oil and filter change. I’m grateful to have free oil changes for life, but I wish to stop waiting 2 hours to get one done. I used to pay Penzoil forty bucks and I’ll be back on the road in 15 minutes or less; that’s the service I want. The management and Iman, are SPECTACULAR. Thank you Priority Nissan! More
