I had to have Ojo contact him which he did and said he would get back with me ASAP. 3 or 4 days later I contacted Ojo again and finally James called me. His reason for not returning my call was that he was busy with the Presidents day sale. Not an acceptable excuse in my book. More

Frustrating and not very well coordinated I feel everybody tried their best individually, but at the same time there was a lack of coordination between them. I brought all the documents that s I feel everybody tried their best individually, but at the same time there was a lack of coordination between them. I brought all the documents that sales told me, and then finance requested many more documents that I did not have. The price was agreed with sales, and then finances department brought more taxes and fees, and I only had a check for the previous agreed quantity. I though I could take the car that day, but then they say I could not. Finally they let me get the car that same day, but I can't drive it anymore, as the dealership plates are now expired. I was told I would get an extension in my email, but that never happened, so right now I can't drive the car. The price is competitive, and they offer good added services that no other dealerships offer, but the leasing process is much more painful and unclear than expected. The whole process took so many hours, even if we though the dealership had all the documents needed. More

Fix broken drivers side, inside door handle & oil change Jon LaVigne was very thorough with his explanation as to what needed to be done and the time it would take to correctly fix my car's door handle.
