Good but not amazing I had a couple very simple questions that I needed confirmation on (if my inspection was covered by priorities for life and the logistics around dropp I had a couple very simple questions that I needed confirmation on (if my inspection was covered by priorities for life and the logistics around dropping off and picking up car). The live chat rep could not answer either of these, so I indicated that I needed a phone call/had questions when I made the appointment. I received no call. I called in myself when it got closer to my appointment and no one answered, so I left a message. No one called back. I ended up rescheduling my appointment due to a change in my schedule and indicated again that I had a question/wanted a phone call, but again, no one called. I got a flat tire on my way to my appointment and thankfully the service department was able to handle this but when I asked about the cost, I was surprised it was going to be about $200. I got it cleared up that that included the cost of labor and installation but it would be helpful in the future to understand this breakout to avoid the surprise. It was also assumed that I wanted to get the most expensive tire and after discussing further, I decided that I was comfortable with a cheaper option. It would have been preferred if I was made aware of all the options and given the choice upfront, before questioning the costs to find that out. I requested a complimentary car wash and vacuum, which I always appreciate but didn't find that a very thorough job was done as there were still dirt and crumbs in the seat. But given that it's complimentary, I can't complain much. I appreciated that I was able to pick up my car on Sunday with the sales department since service was closed. In general, everyone I interacted with was friendly. More
Finally - great customer service I have been using Nissan service for all the maintenance in my car. But, this was the first time I can say I was given excellent customer service. As I have been using Nissan service for all the maintenance in my car. But, this was the first time I can say I was given excellent customer service. As a woman, I am always treated like a child or a second class citizen when it comes to my car and any questions I ask related to the maintenance. That is clearly wrong and discriminatory. This was the first time I felt that my concerns and questions were heard and addressed. Thank you to Jon Self. He was incredible. More
