I was checked in promptly by another service advisor, not the service advisor assigned to me Gabriel Ortega, he was not at his desk at 1:30 p.m. I was told an hour and a half and my car would be ready, which left me time to get to my next appointment. When I went back to the service advisor at that time I was told my car had not even been started. I let the service advisor know that I had given them plenty of time to complete my oil change and I had another appointment in a half an hour that I would be charged for not going to. This was my first time going to the service department and I found the delay unacceptable considering when I brought my car in there was only one other vehicle being checked in besides mine. More

When I arrived to pick up car they did have signs up for tire promotions (standard buy 3, get 1 free) that guy didn’t tell me about — but it was too late. Next time I’ll just go to a tire center or an independent shop with better service. It also took a long time to do a simple tire replacement and no mention of balancing, rotating or anything. Just stuck the tire on the same spot. More

The insurance company representative was clueless and did not have a good attitude. John patiently worked with them to resolve the problem and get me a replacement key.
