I called my service advisor Jon Lavigne who was not only off that day but taking care of a family situation. Not only did he return my call but set me up with an emergency appointment the next morning. John Self met me in the morning, was well aware of the situation and got me on my way in 30 minutes. Priority Mazda saved our family Spring Break vacation. And this isn't an isolated incident. I've been going there for almost 6 years and the service is always 5 star. Best in the biz if you ask me.
