I purchased my Mazda from this dealer and have a maintenance package. Over the last two years I have found their service department to be average. In my recent visit, Estefan was very good but I maintenance package. Over the last two years I have found their service department to be average. In my recent visit, Estefan was very good but I was disappointed in no loaner cars being available. I understand the dealership decided to reduce their loaner fleet and sell these cars. Additionally I have received a car wash in the past. Not this time. Lack of staff was the reason. More
Brandon was very nice to work with. He was very knowledgeable on how all the electronics in the car worked and helped me set up some of the functions. He was very knowledgeable on how all the electronics in the car worked and helped me set up some of the functions. More
Brandon was professional and knowledgeable throughout the process. We gave him a general set of requirements and he showed us a number of alternatives with a description of the differences. He didn't show a process. We gave him a general set of requirements and he showed us a number of alternatives with a description of the differences. He didn't show a bias or agenda in steering us to a particular vehicle which we appreciated. No pressure salesmanship. More
BEWARE! The WORST service department I have ever experienced in my life. I bought CPO 2018 Mazda cx9 from here last year in 2021. Brought the car in because The WORST service department I have ever experienced in my life. I bought CPO 2018 Mazda cx9 from here last year in 2021. Brought the car in because engine was overheating with only 74k miles on it. Service tells me I need a new cylinder head and the extended warranty is not covering it. Luckily Mazda did a one time good will credit & I had to pay $500 deductible. All their guarantees (engine for life, transmission for life, towing for life, is based off of a 3rd party extended warranty company AUL). It is a big gimmick to sell you a car because AUL will find any loophole to not cover repair. Cylinder head IS covered but because the exhaust manifold was deformed and is a non lubricated part they denied the coverage. I was told as long as I keep up with car maintenance I will be covered for any repairs guaranteed in the paperwork. THAT IS FALSE. Priority is no help at all when trying to go back & forth with AUL. My car was in the repair shop for over a month, nobody EVER answers the phone or calls you back, while my car was in there I called over 10x for updates they do not answer. I left countless messages as well. Specifically MAURICIO in service. You have to drive all the way to Tysons for an answer. After all that they tell me the car has been fixed and driven 50miles to insure repairs are done correctly, but as soon as I get on 95s the engine under tray cover falls down scraping the ground all they way home. After calling again (and not receiving an answer) I text MAURICIO and he tells me I should temporarily fix it myself and drive it back. Crazy. Do not buy a MAZDA SUV especially not from here . The SUV is too big for that 4cyl turbo. People have problems with this car all over the county. I will be selling mine ASAP. Check Mazda forums, there was a TSB for my engine issue and many others. AUL will not cover it. More

****ATTENTION CAR SEARCHERS/MAZDA AND FRANCHISE OWNERS**** **DO NOT PURCHASE A VEHICLE PRIOIRTY MAZDA TYSONS CORNER** This review has been a long time coming, 5 MONTHS in fact, which was the OWNERS**** **DO NOT PURCHASE A VEHICLE PRIOIRTY MAZDA TYSONS CORNER** This review has been a long time coming, 5 MONTHS in fact, which was the amount of time it took PRIORITY MAZDA TYSONS CORNER to send me my TAGS. My car insurance has been revoked twice due to the inexcusable and excessive time that has transpired before PRIOITY provided me with title. Further, I am certain Mazda’s legal team would find it very disconcerting to know that title and liability to my 2020 MX5 has remained in PRIORITY MAZDA TYSONS CORNER hands since the sales date on 6/30 and throughout the subsequent 5 months while I was the user and driver. Adding insult to injury beyond the negligence in failing to secure property vehicle title for its customer within a reasonable amount of time or responding to innumerous communication attempts, was the post-sales demand that I pay an ADDITIONAL $1266+ tags/title/taxes in fees that s omitted and never included in any of the contracts, disclosure or loan documents provided by this dealership. Let me recap: I took a day off of work, spent money to fly from North Carolina to Virginia with the sole intention of purchasing this vehicle and once I arrived at the dealership and prior to signing any documents, I again confirmed with the sales representative and Finance Manager this “out the door” price. All was well until about a month after I purchased this car, I received a demand email from Priority Mazda over a month later I owed them this additional large sum of money. It would not be an unreasonable belief to think that PRIORITY MAZDAS deceptive intention all along was to meet their represented OTD (Out the Door Price) price for the vehicle which would induce me to come to their dealership and sign the contract, and purchase this vehicle from them instead of another dealership, only to leverage that mysterious "miscalculation" and hold title until they were able to secure more money. I could argue that this intentionally deceptive business practice is strategic ploy and all too common to secure money after a transaction since they are already bound to a contract. Please be aware (Mazda Corporate and Franchise Owners) that I have never had a more disastrous and frustrating experience trying to have the male Finance Manager try and explain the Mazda Warranty, which, of course, he was trying to induce me to purchase. His blatant lack of knowledge and inability to articulate any facet of the Warranty program/services was beyond comical. I literally had to go outside, secure the warranty manual out of the car and recite language from the warranty to him contradicting the majority of things he told me as well as even had a lengthy call with Mazda Warranty coverage to try and understand what the Warranty encompasses. After numerous calls that involved my legal counsel, Priority reluctantly agreed to pay this fee but when my attorney attempted to call their Financial Managers, General Manager, and even the dealerships’ Lawyer so that they could be made aware of this excessive title transference delay and therefore Priority’s continued liability for more than 5 months after sale in the event of any injury or damage to person or property, the post-sale demand for additional money and Priority’s lack of proficiency in explaining warranty products that they market to consumers; however not one of these individuals ever returned her numerous voicemails. This process should have never gotten this far and one where Mazda’s Corporate Reputations Management, Media Team and perhaps Legal Team will I am certain look into. Additionally, I feel it imperative to reach out to Corporate Mazda, their legal team, Priority Franchise Owners, the Virginia Better Business Bureau, the Virginia Motor Vehicle Dealer Board to apprize them of this unusual titles behavior and how this transaction transpired. *** ATTENTION YELP READERS*** The fact that I have not gotten a reply to this review should speak volumes to their negligence and admittance to this issue. Absolutely frustrated and disappointed from this dealership. They look straight into your eyes and lie to convince you in their scammed prices. I wanted to purchase my Mazda after the lease end. The dealership. They look straight into your eyes and lie to convince you in their scammed prices. I wanted to purchase my Mazda after the lease end. They took the car for inspection, prepared the paperwork, everything seemed going fine in a quite friendly environment until they showed me the bill of sale. My heart stopped when I saw the amount that suppose to pay was far beyond the expected. I know dealers make money with all kind of fees that nobody know for what and how priced but in my case went over the roof, a pre-delivery inspection fee of $2,500 has been added to the total car price. This fee was not negotiable and only choice I had is to not buy the car or get a new one to prevent paying that fee. I do not want a new car, I am here for my car and I was pressed to pay that amount consciously knowing that I am ripped off. So they told me the pre-delivery inspection cost is $2,500, I am sure nowhere else anywhere someone does a half hour inspection for this price. This is a scam in a full meaning. What kind of inspections you do for this price Mr. Omar? For buying Maserati not Mazda will cost less. Where else on the planet inspection for half hour costs $2,500. The manager look into my face with no shame explaining that this is a full inspection and this is the price and cannot be change, done deal if I want the car and also comes with a car lifetime warrantee for few ( low cost) benefits as oil change, towing, state inspection .In one word- stealers. I will never go back to this place or my friends to do business there forever. People please do not allow them to fool you and take advantage of your trust. This is their jobs to fool you but yours is to be prepared and have plan B and walk away. More
My worst experience. Bought used Nissan Sentra SV from Priority Nissan in July 2021. Car wasn’t perfect like it was told. A/c wasn’t cold in the summer heat. Ask them to fix next day.
