Almost perfect I brought my 2017 Mazda MX five in because water was getting inside the passenger cabin. Your service center was able to identify the problem and fix it quickly. I also got my oil changed my Virginia state inspection and my tires rotated. I was provided with a rental car and everyone was extremely friendly and helpful. However when I went to pick my car up the hood was covered with a flaky waxy substance. When I first saw it I thought it was just petals from a tree that had landed on the hood. But when I got home I had to wash the car again and scrape the petals or waxy substance off. Some minor damage was done to the paint. When I looked at the substance more closely it almost seems like plastic Shavings. So my visit was almost perfect. The people were great the service was quick and efficient but when my car was delivered I was very disappointed in its condition. More

Terrible customer service I went into service to have my car check after I was told that it could be looked at. I had my vehicle towed to service where I greeted the only assoc I went into service to have my car check after I was told that it could be looked at. I had my vehicle towed to service where I greeted the only associate in service at the time by saying hello. I was completely ignored for a few moments while I received no acknowledgement of myself standing in front of the service desk as the associate continued to type on the computer. The guy then tells me Jon will be with me, so then I waited. I asked for my car to get looked at for the clutch pedal sticking to the floor and an oil change due to the light on the dash. I waited from 1pm to 4pm after I had to go see what was going on with the car. I go see Jon and he has a written piece of paper stated that I need all of these parts on my car that totals up to $2500. I could not believe this due too only having the car for 3 months from purchasing the vehicle over in the sales department. Upon purchasing the vehicle I had 30 days to address any issues in which I did point out problems with the shifter not going into first gear, and I returned the car to get checked. I was told that they would look at it, but have nothing that shows that it was checked. Recently my clutch pedal failed in drive almost causing a serious accident. The fact that I brought the car in to service was to insure that the car was safe to drive. Once I received the estimate of work I asked if these items were covered under warranty and Jon said no. Then he said that I burnt my clutch, asked if I know how to drive a stick shift, and basically said it's my fault my pedal failed, human error. I have never been to a place where they talk to people as if they know the individual. I then had remind this guy that he clearly doesn't know me. I then asked to speak with a manager to get clarity on exactly what's wrong, Jon then said no managers were there after I spoke with his manager Eric eventually to be told that he was there the whole time. Now Jons manager Eric explained to me all the fees associated with finding out the real problem. I cant understand why I had to wait all day to find out that I have to pay $900 tear down fee to find the actual problem, instead given a list of possible problems. Long story short terrible experience to be put through and not even the oil change was done like I asked. I wont ever return here for service. The sales department will at least try to help instead of service telling me there's nothing they can do. I got a second look on the car to find that most of the items they wanted to replace didn't need replacement. I do appreciate Eric the Service Manager and Steve the Sales Manager to take time out to talk with me. More

Horrible Service Center Recently leased a 2019 CX-5 Grand Touring w/ Package. During my initial driving I noticed that the vehicle is pulling to the right when the steering w Recently leased a 2019 CX-5 Grand Touring w/ Package. During my initial driving I noticed that the vehicle is pulling to the right when the steering wheel is centered. Talked to my salesperson and was informed that it will need to be checked by the Service center, i brought the car in to be fixed but Service center informed me that they couldn't check the alignment because they don't have the data to fix it yet and that i just have to keep driving a BRAND NEW vehicle like that. That is probably by far the WORST thing I've ever heard in a service center. I advise to stay away from this service center if possible, having a new vehicle shouldn't be an excuse for not being able to align a wheel... obviously the vehicle's been out for months now and for a minor fix like an alignment should have never been the problem. More

Amazing Sales Staff Gabriel and Management were absolutely amazing! They got me a great and honest deal. I am beyond happy! However, James tried to sneak in Gap insurance without telling me and after I declined the insurance. It wasn’t until I was signing the final sales document that I noticed that gap insurance was on there. It was insulting that I had to pull out my calculator as double check his math. More
