Basic service that took hours I went in for a car inspection, windshield wiper recall and a car wash. Should have been 2 hrs (promised) but took 3! First of all, it shouldn't have I went in for a car inspection, windshield wiper recall and a car wash. Should have been 2 hrs (promised) but took 3! First of all, it shouldn't have taken two hours to do that work, let alone three. Eventually I called the service center after sitting in the waiting room for hours, and miraculously the car was ready. And when I went to pick it up, I was told, "Sorry about the wait---your car was going through the carwash." Please don't like to your customers. Offer them reasonable wait time expectations, and don't insult their intelligence when they call you out on your lie. Priority should be given to customers who wait for pick up---who wants to sit in that showroom for hours on end? More

smooth transaction with Daniel, finance was horrible. Getting the car that I wanted was a very smooth process and this took little time, however in finance for over 3 hours (not with james) was horrid. Was told that my car was going to be registered with the DMV by the finance gentleman but that was false (got pulled over by a police officer and found that out.) Had to return to the dealership days later to sign papers that were not done with original transaction. Was asked numerous time the same question about the new car. More
