Derrick did a great job of making sure I understood how everything worked, which I very much appreciated. On the test drive, he also encouraged me to feel what the car would do. This is in stark contrast to experiences at other dealerships: in one instance, the salesman drove the car himself for half of the test drive; and in another I barely was able to drive over 25 mph because of the chosen test-drive route! Derrick also was able to answer all of my questions about the vehicle (again in stark contrast to others I encountered during my new car search). Derrick jokingly said he didn't have to "sell" the car to me because the car would sell itself, and I appreciated that he provided me the information I needed to make a decision I'm happy with. More

Excellent fast service with a smile Lost my key and had to get the car towed there to have a new one programmed. Washed the car, and even activated my hands free on my phone free of charge. It really took the bite out of paying so much money for a key and made me feel like I got some actual value.
