Gabriel took his time with me, even though it was 7pm and our efforts lasted beyond the dealership's operating hours. Never once did Gabriel seem in a rush or in a hurry to get me out the door. His knowledge of the car was thorough and incredibly useful. A great experience all around. By the time I got to paperwork it was nearly 10 o'clock and and James Nuyen treated me like it was 10 in the morning. Friendly, courteous and thorough. More

Service is fair, took away our Priority Benefits We bought our car at Rosenthal Mazda in July of 2015. They became Priority Nissan Mazda in December of 2015. We had been provided with Priority for We bought our car at Rosenthal Mazda in July of 2015. They became Priority Nissan Mazda in December of 2015. We had been provided with Priority for Life benefits (Yearly free state inspections and Free Oil Changes) with no problem until this visit. Was in on 5/29/19 and was told we no longer have Priority for Life benefits. No notification was given to us and even in a phone conversation discussing cost the service employee did not share. We did not find out until we went to pay, and was charged for both the Oil change and the State inspection. Upon contesting the bill our service tech did change it for this visit only but will not going forward. Its absurd to have the benefits removed after almost 4 years! More

Horrible dealership. Prepare to lose money. Traded my 2017 Honda CR-V to a brand new 2019 Grand Touring w/ Premium package CX-5. Everything went smoothly until dealership missed paying off the t Traded my 2017 Honda CR-V to a brand new 2019 Grand Touring w/ Premium package CX-5. Everything went smoothly until dealership missed paying off the traded Honda CR-V for 2 MONTHS! I was informed by their accounting guy, James Nguyen, few days after i got the new vehicle that everything was properly filed and that I wouldn't have to pay for the CR-V's April and May car note. I am currently $1600+ down in 2 months due to having to pay for both the CR-V and the CX-5. I advise to please stay away from this dealership. I'm just a regular joe and $1600 is no joke for me, unless you got some extra cash in your hand I wouldn't recommend having to deal with them. It's also very hard to get a hold of my salesperson, Hamza Saeed, after this incident happened. He was helpful in the beginning but when the problem arose he dropped the ball. Currently, have a pending work from their Service Department, since they don't have the right information for the brand new vehicle I've been promised that I will be informed in 2 weeks but its been 1 month and still no word. Very disappointing. Also they already sold my CRV a few days after i traded it in. If anyone has any advice to escalate this and properly get helped please feel free to message me. More
