Poor process, poor training, poor customer service Temp plates expired with new plates not arriving. I called four three times in the interim to check status and I was always referred to another depar Temp plates expired with new plates not arriving. On the fourth call I was provided erroneous information with no way to resolve my now expired temp tags. A week after my temp tags expired I got a call identifying a small administrative issue that needed to be corrected. This could have been identified on day one, or if anyone bothered to call me back and assist. At the end everyone just pointed to each other with zero accountability for the numerous failures. More

Then the service person told me that the warranty that i was suppose to be given which was engine for life was in reality just a 30 day warranty. Do not buy cars from these people they will lie to your face or tell you what you want to hear to get you to buy the car. More

EXCELLENT I went to 8 different dealerships before I made my decision of 'what' to buy and 'where' to buy it from. From start to finish they were the most consistent at delivering 1st class/excellent service. I worked with Hamza and would highly recommend him. No heavy handed sales technique....just straight forward professional service. I worked him pretty good but everything was "no problem." I could go on and on about all the little details he handled but I would say just put these guys on your list of places to go before you buy. OH! ..and when it was all said and done, they ended up giving me the best price...a nice little bonus. More
