Jon LaVigne is the Best! Jon is terrific. He makes sure your service needs are addressed. This last trip unfortunately he seemed to be the only one working and was more than Jon is terrific. There were 3 other service reps who were not busy and just sitting there while he was running everywhere to take care of his customers but work with his manager. He needs to be able to task other reps who are not busy to check on vehicle status, do check out whatever, if he is the only one working in the shop. At one point a woman walks out, appeared to shot out at him demanding immediate response while he was with the mechanic checking on my car. She then moved a car from where it wasn't blocking the service area exit to where the car was now blocking the service area exit area exist and left it there (???). Management, please work out a team approach to help Jon on days like this. He is the best. Whoever that woman was needs to understand that there are other customers in the shop and her needs are not above our needs. She needs to take her turn (she works for you) and be respectful of others by not blocking service exists and cause inconvenience to others. The cashier was delightful during payment and check out process. I do usually get the free car wash and vacuum which I love, but it was so hectic that day the service took twice as long as it should have and I did not have any more time to wait. Jon deserves huge bonuses for everything he does. More

When for a driving test and got a new car!! I guest it was my lucky day! I went for a driving test and ended up purchasing a car same day.
