took too long, bad communication I had an appointment and indicated when I scheduled that I would be waiting. When I left my car, I was told the wait would be 1.5 hours for oil change I had an appointment and indicated when I scheduled that I would be waiting. When I left my car, I was told the wait would be 1.5 hours for oil change, inspection and tire rotation. I thought that sounded long. I waited and received no notifications. After 2 hours, I went to the service area and saw my car in the garage (it was done) and asked the service person if my car was ready. Service person couldn't locate my paperwork. I was given no explanation. Very confusing. It's nice that I get oil changes for life but it's much easier to go the place down the street that can do it in 15 mins. More

The service department worked with Nissan to cover the expense and fixed the small issue - and did it all faster than we scheduled the original maintenance window.
