Great customer service! They take the pain away!! In general, I've always despised taking my cars in for service. But Priority Nissan makes it about as painless as possible. They take the pain away!! Friendly, knowledgeable, empathetic, prompt with the best interest of the customer prioritized. I never feel pressured into making additional repairs unless absolutely necessary. I have a 2012 Mazda 3 that runs like a charm thanks to this service center! (The free manicurist on Wed and complementary car washes are great bonuses!) Keep up the great work!! Very good service! I was very pleased how I was treated at Priority Mazda. I did not know what to expect going there to look for a car after finding out my engine was go I was very pleased how I was treated at Priority Mazda. I did not know what to expect going there to look for a car after finding out my engine was going bad in my car. The service guy Jon Lavigne was very nice over the phone and in person. Ismael was very nice as well and direct me to sales dept. That’s when I met Ojo who was so friendly helpful and patient with assisting me finding another vehicle. Also, the finance guy James was helpful too. He explained about the warranty and any other questions I had about the vehicle. Thank you all! More

Derrick was friendly, quick to reply, but not always responsive/accommodating to our needs. Well, at least, we got the car serviced and delivered to us. More
