Talk about Customer Service, when they couldn't find the car I wanted locally, my wonderful car salesman, Hamza Saeed, called to tell me t Literally! Talk about Customer Service, when they couldn't find the car I wanted locally, my wonderful car salesman, Hamza Saeed, called to tell me they had tracked down a car that met my specifications in Kansas! I'm a picky customer. Besides having a career in sales, I've bought a lot of cars in my 78 years. Before my husband and I showed up at Priority Nissan Mazda in Tyson's Corner, we had checked out Hondas, Toyotas and VW's. The car salesmen we encountered at these other dealerships were pushy and annoying. I was not in the mood to buy a car when we walked into Priority Nissan Mazda and met Hamza. Hamza is a born salesman. His easy going nature makes him a good listener. He's smart, patient and knowledgable. I was cranky when I walked up to his desk and ready to buy a Nissan Versa Note when I left. Now I told you I was a picky customer, right? Well, I wanted all kinds of "extras" added to my beautiful little car, things like leather seats, not usually offered in a Versa Note. I returned to the dealership and after reviewing the problem was told that they would need unitil Wed. morning to repair the problem. The staff is very polite and accommodating. That said, I feel the problem was not handled as expeditiously as it could have been. This delay somewhat delayed our holiday plans. We are located near Annapolis, so the one hour plus trips were time consuming and aggravating. We were supplied a loaner vehicle on two occasions. We are thankful for that accommodation.
