Unfortunately your admin backend has failed my wife 3 times. Each time we have brought our van in for service we have scheduled an appointment. Everytime we have come in for our appointment (for a simple oil change & the last time tire rotation) my wife has had to wait 1.5-2 hrs. Not because it takes that long for an oil change but b/c my van sits in the service center for at least an hour before it's serviced. If you are going to allow appointments then you need to honor and respect peoples time and get their vehicle serviced when it's brought in. Not 1-1.5 hrs after it's brought in. If other people don't want to wait they should schedule an appointment. More

The vehicle inspection was done (I found paperwork in the glove compartment), but they forgot to put a sticker on the windshield. Being from out of town, I was not familiar with Virginia laws and just trusted that the dealers had taken care of everything for the car and it was road legal. On my drive home from work the very next day, I was pulled over for missing the sticker. I explained the situation and still received a ticket. I called Priority as soon as I got home and was told to go in to get the sticker. I thought since the inspection was done and there was paperwork, it would be very fast and the salesperson I talked to confirmed it. I ended up spending over half an hour at the dealership just waiting and had to miss another appointment (I told them that I would prefer to be done before 6:30 and they said no problem). I was not offered anything for the multiple inconveniences they put me through. More

Worse service experience ever in a Nissan service Service staffs were so reluctant to help, sitting in the car for 10 minutes, when there the service tunnel was empty. Staffs kept looking each other like 'I dont want it ,you go '. And all were pretending they were busy, until a youngest staff maybe the rookie staff had to take my service. Priority kind of to staffs only not for the customers. I bought the car from this dealership, may turn switch my service back to Nissan Passport in Alexandria which I never had a single bad experience before. A complimentary car wash always come with any service there. More

Good Service, lengthy wait I’m not sure why an 8am appointment for oil change/tire rotation takes nearly 2 hours, but result is OK. Initial estimate was a bit over an hour, revised to 90+ min when they said they would wash my vehicle. Previous dealer in Midwest would do same thing in less than an hour. More
