Dealership and people are friendly, but I was mislead. Dealership and people were very friendly. Gave me a decent trade-in value for my vehicle and made the paperwork experience as easy as possible. The only problem I had was chat will the sales person that guaranteed bumper to bumper for LIFE. Knowing FULL well what NEW car I was purchasing and going back and forth several times, because I could not believe this deal. This was as I was trying to decide what dealership I wanted to go to. That supposed deal and the fact the model I wanted was on the lot got me to drive 2 hours to find out the deal is only on USED cars. And it was played off as my misunderstanding and that it was a new sales person (talking about it makes me want to take another star). Update your posters and websites that talk about Priority for Life, listing benefits to highlight USED cars only, and train employees. More
