Very good experience I messaged the dealership in reference to a vehicle and got a response very quickly. Don was very professional and answered any questions I had. Set up an appointment to drive almost 2.5 hours, arrived there did a test drive and went over the vehicle. It was everything I was looking for so was able to finish the deal in a timely manner. But when I was looking to buy a new car the difference between them and other dealerships was night and day. New Service Department Employee Amazing! I purchased my vehicle in 2015 and I have had good service experiences up until now, however Robin their new employee has gone above and beyond all ot I purchased my vehicle in 2015 and I have had good service experiences up until now, however Robin their new employee has gone above and beyond all others to assist me! He's been the only employee in 3 years to approach me the second I arrive at the service bay! He carefully listens to concerns and explains things to customers very clearly. I requested price quotes after a service and the information was very helpful in planning future repairs, which I plan to do at this dealership now thanks to him. Robin gives clients more of his time than ANY dealership I have ever been to. When repairs are being done he takes the time to check in with you on the wait or any changes. Priority Nissan did a great job in hiring him and I hope he is there for many years to come! More

The only thing delaying was the distance, from Miami to Virginia. I spoke to Fredy Cuellar from Priority Nissan Chantilly and I, being from Miami, felt a little uneasy with the sincerity of his offer. We proceeded to plan for the trip. We arrived at Priority Nissan Chantilly and immediately Mr. Cuellar offered us coffee, greeted us with the upmost respect and made us feel extremely comfortable. He even suggested places we could visit while there. Which we ended up doing. It was an experience that was engraved in our hearts. Horrible Management / Incompetent staff I have bought many cars in my life time and have dealt with numerous dealers in the country. Bar far, this is the worst dealership i have ever worked I have bought many cars in my life time and have dealt with numerous dealers in the country. Bar far, this is the worst dealership i have ever worked with. The staff is extremely useless and can't answer any questions. The management has no idea what is going on, and the worst is the General Manager who has been ignoring and avoiding me and the situation in hand. At the end of my lease term i decided to purchase two trucks/vans. This was September of 2017. We are now in December and i still don't have titles. I just found out that they haven't even paid off Nissan yet, but were promising me that the tile would be here every week i talked to them. Every week they say next week, the General Manager himself has promised me title back on Thanksgiving week and he is now ignoring my calls. What makes things worse is that they have an excuse every time and they blame each other. So far, the general manager and the controller have blamed the sales person, the person who has done the transaction, NISSAN USA, NMAC, the DMV, and now the used car manager, because apparently now they are saying that the truck needs to be tested for emission before the title is released. Obviously, this statement is incorrect and NOT true. I am extremely disappointed and upset as i DO NOT AND WILL NOT ever recommend this dealership to anyone. All they care about is just taking money. Its a rip off. i really truly feel bad for the owner of this dealership for having to pay a team that falls this far short of any perceptible level of competency. I am shocked that this company is still in business. These guys receive a negative 5 stars More
The entire “buying” experience was terrible! When I went to the dealership I already had in mind the vehicle I wanted. I had a pre-approval letter from my bank, but the manager said he could get When I went to the dealership I already had in mind the vehicle I wanted. I had a pre-approval letter from my bank, but the manager said he could get a better rate with Nissan Credit. I agreed for him to see if I would be approved and I specifically asked to only run credit with Nissan. Within 5 minutes I was receiving notifications that I was having numerous inquiries on my credit report. I was livid! I was very upset because the manager assured me that the credit would only be run with Nissan Finance. I left the dealership and I was extremely upset! The manager called me and kissed my #$$ to come back, so knowing better I did. When I went into the finance office to sign the paperwork I asked the manager if they could hold the check for 5 days because I was going through my closing on my house the next day. The following morning I received an alert from my bank that I was overdrawn. The dealership broke their promise and deposited the check which caused my closing check to bounce! Due to their total disregard of what I requested, I was put in a very bad position with the bank. I can go on and on about the whole buying experience but it’s not worth listing everything the dealership put me through. I am in my sixties and have bought many cars in my lifetime. This is by far is the worse dealership I have ever been in. The sales staff sucks along with management! Buyer beware, stay as far away from this dealership as humanly possible!!! More
