I was quite pleased with my service. I contacted the dealership via online and inquired on my pre-owed 2006 Chrysler 300 in the early morning hours on Feb 11, 2011. As soon as, the dealership was opened, I received a call from Claude Bukasa. After speaking with him, I offered a price and he said he would get back to me, and the next thing I knew the price was agreed. He faxed my buyers order to my bank and he offered to bring my new car to me the same day and after hours. I was pleased and happy that Chantilly Nissan went beyond my expectations in this purchase. Thanks Claude and also Melissa in the accounting dept for helping me with the purchase of my personalized tags. I would recommended everyone I know to visit the dealership or to buy online. This has been my best experience on buying a car and believe me, I had purchase quite a few over the last 15 years. More

It has everything that I wanted, navigation and DVD player are two things that were a MUST for me. The staff tried to make the paper work process go as quickly as possible so we could get our infant home for her nap. Our salesman Teddy Chuks was very informative and very helpful in getting us what we wanted. More

Went on-line to get price quotes on a new Nissan Maxima and Chris Krause was one of the first sales people to respond with his dealer's Internet price. Arranged my own financing then went into the dealer and Chris Krause was one of the first sales people to respond with his dealer's Internet price. Under the able leadership of Kim Danchulis, the General Manager, you will find an operation that excels in every respect. The salespeople are very knowledgeable and helpful, the service team is extremely capable, and the managerial and administrative staff help to make the process of buying a new vehicle as pleasant and expeditious as humanly possible. I used to dread having to buy a new car, but with Nissan of Chantilly I now look forward to the experience. Michelle was very friendly. She took a second to smile and greeted me when I entered the service area, even while she was with another customer. A few moments later she approached me and asked if I had be and greeted me when I entered the service area, even while she was with another customer. A few moments later she approached me and asked if I had been helped and she took my service order quickly. I told Michelle I intended to shop while my car was being serviced, and she offered me shuttle service. I left my car to go shopping and within 30 minutes or less, Michelle contacted me on my cell with recommended service and let me know my car was ready. When I went to pick up my car, Michelle told me where to go for coupons for future services at Nissan of Chantilly! Over all, the service was quick and great!
