Abdel and the Finance Manager Abdel was the definition of someone with superior customer service skills. I went in to trade my 370z to buy an Altima. Abdel and the Finance Manager were extremely helpful when breaking down my monthly payments and working towards my budget limitations. Abdel took the time after I purchased my car to make sure I knew how to use all the cool features. He even took the time to sync up my phone! When I came back a couple weeks later to get my plates installed he polished my car and made it look beautiful (see below photo). He gave me his cell phone to keep himself available long term for any potential issues or questions. Fantastic service! Definitely ask for Abdel when purchasing a car. More

Since moving I decided it was time for a change, but was so happy to still be able to purchase from Priority since it is so conveniently close to my new home. My Sales Consultant, Tyler Jordan was extremely knowledgeable and professional. He helped pick out the right car and and made sure it met my needs and wants. The General Manager and General Sales Manager, Sam Hamdan and James Kim were very involved right from the start and got be the best offer for my trade in. The Finance Manager Gregory Howard was one of the easiest finance experiences ever. He was 100% helpful and took his time explaining the lease terms to make sure that I understood everything. More
Worst car buying experience ever Brought a Volkswagen routan fro. These guys and had to change the transmission after driving 5000 miles left door stopped working basically we were Brought a Volkswagen routan fro. These guys and had to change the transmission after driving 5000 miles left door stopped working basically we were sold a lemon for 12000 dollars and they didn't even try to fix the transmission until I stayed there arguing with the sales manager then it was fixed but never again will I by from them or even by a Nissan More

Don't service you car there I went in because of a whining sound from my power steering. When I got there, the sound was gone but the reservoir was empty. After my last service, I went in because of a whining sound from my power steering. When I got there, the sound was gone but the reservoir was empty. After my last service, a piece of trim came undone, and is causing a leak into the truck. I was told that the power steering needed fluid but they could not see a leak. They did suggest a flush for $200.00. The trim is not covered by my extended warranty that I bought when the truck was purchased new. After I asked to speak to a service manager I waited 20 minutes until I decided to leave. I did see the salesman that sold me the truck and told him how soured I was with the Nissan brand and my experience. The response was that I should trade it in and get something else. I will not give this dealership any more business. More
