I purchased a used vehicle from Priority Hyunda in December of 2013. I dealt with a salesman named Dwayne, who I test drove the purchased rear wheel drive vehicle with. I noticed slack in the drive li December of 2013. I dealt with a salesman named Dwayne, who I test drove the purchased rear wheel drive vehicle with. I noticed slack in the drive line of the vehicle and brought it to his attention. His response was this vehicle had been sitting for awhile and that was all. I proceeded with my inquiry of the vehicle and of course had to sit in the office to figure out the asking price. Once we began to talk price of course was interested in the best deal possible. I will admit once all was said and done I was satisfied with the agreed price, about the only thing I was satisfied about. Then the fun part comes attempting to get the exterior parts changed that were agreed upon in the sales negotiation. After two months of waiting and several phone calls my vehicle is getting the pparts changed. I also had to put my vehicle in the shop for the driveline slack which was a 6 hour fix I sat through after a long day of work (was not just from sitting as Dwayne claimed). While this was being tended to my 30 day tags were days from expiring and I had yet to hear from the dealership on the matter. I made contact and they had not yet ordered them. I requested to speak to a manager and was transferred to Melissa. Once on the phone I expressed my concerns in a normal tone. Without raising my voice or using profanity saying "I'm going to have a $30,000 dollar yard ornament in the matter of days". Naturally upset believing my vehicle would have expired tags after paying them $2,000 dollars for tags and title. Melissa replies in an attempt to regain control and make me feel as if I were in the wrong and being disorderly "sir you need to calm down". When again I was speaking in a normal tone and not using profanity towards her. My frustration on the matter is beyond words I have never had the service I am getting. It's a perfect example of once they get your money the smiles and service stops and they are on to the next one. I will admit I dealt with a female named Kristen who seemed to always have a professional and helpful attitude and seemed to be there for customer. She was able to offer me a paint protection package that I was satisfied with and was absolutely money well spent. This procedure was completed on my vehicle and it shined better than when it was on the lot. Kristen was very helpful and I felt no pressure with the service purchase which was nice coming from a dealership. I like my vehicle but when it comes to service I'm not at all impressed. My vehicle was purchased used and do not expect the dealership to give me some royalty treatment but at least treat me as a paying customer and do what is promised in a timely fashion. I'm not a give me all for nothing kind of person but simply what I deserve as a customer. More
I just bought a used 2012 Honda civic ex-l and I'm in love with it! First it has low miles sunroof leather and its white! Everyone who helped me get the best deal possible was polite! It's also great to know I get priorities for life like I get oil changes inspections and carwashes free for as long as I have that car! At first they were asking way over my price range so I walked away but then they called me and said they could go lower and they did! My boss refereed me as we'll and there family has bought several Hondas from there! I pray I run into no problems it's my first car so wish me luck thanks priority More
I OFFERED AN AMOUNT FOR OUT THE DOOR PURCHASE PRICE FOR USED VEHICLE AND EXTENDED WARRANTY, TAXES ETC . ALLEN CAMEBACK WITH A COUNTER OFFER AND WE AGREED TO SPLIT THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN MY OFFER AND THEIR USED VEHICLE AND EXTENDED WARRANTY, TAXES ETC . ALLEN CAMEBACK WITH A COUNTER OFFER AND WE AGREED TO SPLIT THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN MY OFFER AND THEIR COUNTER. WE CAME TO AN ACCEPTABLE PRICE , WHEN PAPERS PRESENTED , I WAS TOLD THAT TO MAKE IT EASY FOR ALL, THE PRICE REDUCTION AGREED TO WAS TAKEN OFF PRICE FOR WARRANTY , WHICH DID NOT SEEM TO BE ISSUE, SINCE THE TOTAL PURCHASE WAS THE AMOUNT AGREED TO. A FEW REPIAR ITEMS WERE TO BE ADDRESSED BY DEALER, WHEN READY A FEW DAYS LATER I WENT IN ALL SEEM GOOD, SAT DOWN TO FINALIZE AFTER GOING THROUGH INFO WITH SALES PERSON, MANAGER CAME OVER AND SAID THERE IS AN ISSUE , HE CANNOT SELL TO ME THE VEHICLE WITH THE EXTENDED WARRRANTY AT THE PRICE AGREED TOO, CLAIMING THERE WAS A MISUNDERSTANDING WHEN PRICE WAS AGREED TOO, CLAIMS HE TOUGHT I WAS ONLY ASKING FOR A POWER TRAIN WARRANTY. tHE VEHICLE STICKER ALREADY SHOWED BEING OFFERED WITH A 12MO/12000 POWER TRAIN WARRANTY MY ERROR WAS THAT THE PAPERS SHOWED EXTENDED WARRANTY BUT DID NOT STATE THE SPECIFIC LEVEL OF WARRANTY. TO SELL ME THE CAR WITH WARRANTY THEY WANTED $700 MORE THAN AGREED PRICE. WHICH WOULD HAVE BEEN HIGHER THAN THE ORIGINAL OFFER THE SALESMAN GAVE ME IN HIS FIRST COUNTER OFFER. WHEN ADDRESSED WITH SALES PERSON , ALLEN STATED "I DID NOT REALIZE WHAT WARRANTY YOU WANTED", EVEN THOUGH I HAD THE WARRANTY BOOK SHOWING THE INTIAL OFFER PRICE FOR SUCH ON THE PAGE . WHEN I ADVISE AFTER A WHILE THAT i WOULD PURCHASE VEHICLE , THEY ADVISE THEY WOULD TAKE $200 OFF PRICE DUE TO CONFUSION, BUT THEN THEY STATED THEY ARE SELLING VEHICLE "AS IS" SINCE THEY WERE TAKEN $200 OFF, WOULD NOT DO ANY REPAIRS AND VEHICLE WOULD NOT EVEN HAVE THE 12MO/12000 MILE WARRANTY. i WILL NOT RECOMMEND THIS DEALERSHIP. Our Salesperson was Chris Jones and it was such a pleasure to be able to work with him on the purchase of our first Hyundai. I've got to say, we really loved the fact that Mr. Jones was not a pushy salesperson, he was really friendly and down to earth, which made our purchase an even better experience. We had the pleasure of also working with Chet Riddick, Melissa Lounsbury, and Michelle Floyd. It was such a wonderful experience to be able to work with all of them and they all were very helpful and very friendly. We look forward to working with everyone in the future. More
This dealership did not care about what I wanted. I felt because I didnt have the best credit, after that process was done, I was treated like a number instead of a person. Mr. Smalls was a nice guy but the Sales manager Melissa was rude and very nasty with customer service. Me and my Mother couldnt believe she has this job title. Once I decieded to go forth with another dealership, and wanted my down payment back, the whole experience went even more down hill. After being told if I didnt take delivery of the car (which was not on the lot at the time) I would have no problems recieving my payment back, they tried to say I forfited that payment and they didnt care if I got a different car. It took a week or so of phone calls to recieve my payment back. Really unperfessional. More

I love that I can get my nails done on Wednesday, the comfort of the waiting ice does not create area. Most importantly. The mileage on the vehicle was a little high, but because of the no-pressure atmosphere I overlooked that fact. The vehicle was advertised on the internet for $13,997 and that is the price that was charged. It was a straight-forward no-nonsense transaction. Of course this price did not include tax and title, but I realize car dealerships have to make money in order to stay in business. No problem. Thanks Priority Hyundai! More
