Sales Staff is great but service department is horrible We purchased a Santa Fe in March 2014 and then another one in November 2014. Got good deal on both cars but have had nothing but problem after problem with the service department. Between the service department employees and their manager, none of them know what it is to provide good customer service nor do we feel they know what they are doing. We bought from Priority because of their ads stating great service and proximity to where we work. We have dealt with another Hyundai dealer for the last 10 years and never, never had a any kind of problem. Truly wish we had never bought our cars at Priority and definitely will NOT recommend them to our family or friends. They need to replace their entire service department. More

It's a pretty cool car :) I like the way it looks and the colors it's really a great car thanks to the people at greenbrier. And the only problem I have is the audio. Our salesman Gene was very knowledgeable about the Hyundai cars, answered all our questions, very hospitable, and patient. It had been 13 yrs since we had bought a new vehicle (Hyundai Sante Fe) a My husband and I were pleasantly surprised with our whole buying experience. It had been 13 yrs since we had bought a new vehicle (Hyundai Sante Fe) and we felt totally at ease with our salesman. No pressure was put upon us to purchase something other than what we came in to look at. However, we found a better deal on a different model of Hyundai than we had gone in to look at. After a test drive, we were sold on the Hyundai Elantra. If we had been approached any differently, there could have been a different outcome, not so favorable. Thanks Tim! More
