I have always been a 20 yr Hall Customer but that changed that day. From the moment I stopped by to the time I finally purchased (nearly 3 months later) Priority Hyundai was my clear choice. The friendly sales staff. The finance Department was excellent. The time start to finish was flawless. The entire time everyone took pride in the work they did, made sure I was happy, did I need a drink, coffee anything? Andrea was super friendly, happy and had an exceptional attitude. She took the time to show me around and make sure I had everything I needed. It's people like her that go above and beyond to make a car buying experience more enjoyable. And to top it all of Priorities for Life!!! So not only did I trade my old truck in, I traded my old dealership in as well. You have a new customer and someone very happy to refer new business your way. To everyone involved in my purchase from sales to getting me approved for financing to closing the deal, cleaning my car and waving to a happy customer leaving the lot THANK YOU!!!! More

I was able to set up an appointment easily. Upon arriving I was greeted by Andrea Allen, who would turn out to be the star of the day! Her personality shined through from the very first handshake. She was able to make my family comfortable, and made the process enjoyable. She displayed a level of dedication that was impressive as she retrieved cars for test drives in the rain! Andrea helped me find the right car for the right price. She was even patient with me while I shopped around with other car dealerships to get the best price. Best Salesperson ever About a week ago my husband and I decided that it was time for us to purchase a new vehicle since our car had just broken down and we had a 4 month ol About a week ago my husband and I decided that it was time for us to purchase a new vehicle since our car had just broken down and we had a 4 month old baby. We had also wanted to buy a family car, something more spacious that we could grow our family in. We first went to the priority Toyota dealership but didn't find what we were looking for. The salesman at Toyota suggested the Hyundai dealership since we stated that we wanted to give them a look around as well, and I am so glad we did. We found our dream SUV all thanks to Andrea. She was sweet and welcoming and gave us all our option and allowed us to come to a decision. She made sure to keep our daughter in mind when we were looking at vehicles and even made sure to let us know all the safety features in each vehicle. When we went we had no idea we would be going home that day in a new vehicle. We will definitely be back the next time we are in the market for a new car. Also when making our purchase Bobby Ford did a great job in making sure that we stayed without our budget, and we are so glad he did. More

In November 2017, when we bought our Santa Fe and test drove it, we noticed a tire vibration and reported it. Took it back at least three times and the Service Manager, Fred Kearns each time said nothing was wrong. Got to Florida and and with less than 2k miles the other dealer ran the appropriate tests and found that all four tires had flat spots. We were out $263 dollars and Fred just ignored our e-mails, in fact he and the dealership did nothing to reimburse us. If you want a new career, fighting for your legitimate reimbursement buy your car from Priority. More
