I was sitting in the waiting area and a woman was there from 11:30 she said for just an inspection and was still there when I left. This was my first time for service so it might have been an off day. However waiting for over two hours to get an inspection is just too long. More

I was "worked in" in a very timely way I called on Tuesday morning requesting an oil change and a four-wheel alignment and with no available appointments was told to come on and they would I called on Tuesday morning requesting an oil change and a four-wheel alignment and with no available appointments was told to come on and they would "work me in."
