The service manager at the dealership talked to Honda about the car and 2013 Honda Accord starter failed at 34000 miles at 4 yrs 7 months of service. The service manager at the dealership talked to Honda about the car and that it had been serviced at this dealership and was well taken care of. Honda agreed to pay for 90% of the cost with 10% by me. That made me very happy. The repair was done the day they looked at (it (would not start at the dealership) and I picked it up the next day. Could not have been any more pleased. More
Love the service department They have a great service department and keep you up to date on your vehicle but some of the younger mechanics need more training on air conditioning. They have a great service department and keep you up to date on your vehicle but some of the younger mechanics need more training on air conditioning. The young guy told me to cut the air to low until it got to the temperature outside and then to cut it up on high at the top vents. I have had three Honda’s and I have never heard of that. And the air conditioner still isn’t cooling like it should. It use to freeze you out at 72 now I turn it to 65 and still doesn’t work right. More

While waiting, I observed a service supervisor handle a rather upset customer in which the problem wasn't Woodson’s fault however he was attempting to solve it in the customer’s favor. Really pleased with the overall interaction and will be back in two to three months. Thank you Woodson for the positive experience. More
