The only disappointment was the AI unexpectedly answering my call and giving service, making me feel like it was a priority that I received service. The only disappointment was the AI unexpectedly answering my call and giving options to schedule service that very morning. I thought I stipulated that I would wait as I did not have a ride home. I learned when arriving at the dealers that customers are not given options on waiting or scheduling shuttle service when AI answers calls. Customer beware! I was provided shuttle service fortunately because the anticipated wait was very long. The shuttle ride was comfortable and the driver very careful and affable. 👍 for Priority. More
