I bought my New Honda Civic last summer and brought it in for a state inspection. I made the appointment online but never saw anything that said I was leaving it. I don’t have another car and live approximately 40 minutes from Honda dealership, I did not want to have to go home and come back tomorrow. I explained this to Jennifer and she really helped me out. She arranged to get my car inspected while I waited. Jennifer went above and beyond what I expected because only 45 minutes later, my car was inspected and I was leaving the dealership. It’s great service like this. It makes me glad I bought a Honda! More
